Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bosc pear
  • 4 tablespoon blue cheese
  • 1 inch sprig of fresh rosemary (extra for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cut pear in half and remove core and seeds. Fill crevice with even amounts of blue cheese. Remove leaves from rosemary stem. Chop leaves and sprinkle on top of blue cheese. Place pears in baking dish—place dish on medium rack in oven under the broiler. Broil until cheese is golden.

Notes

I like my pears to be firm and not overcooked; you can cook them longer if you want your pears softer.
