Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Mexicorn or Southwest Corn 11 oz each, drained
  • 1 can diced green chiles 4 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese grated
  • ¼ cup green onions sliced
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the corn, chiles, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, bacon, cheddar, and green onions until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Chill until ready to serve, then top with additional green onions before serving, if desired. Enjoy!
