Ingredients
  

Patty

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
  • 0.5 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Toppings and Condiments

  • Neutral oil
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce, the Western kind
  • 3 pieces buns
  • Lettuce & tomato for serving

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Put all the patty ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well to combine - just don't overwork the meat too much.
  • Heat griddle or cast iron pan to medium high, add a little oil and put on the patties, cook until they're done to your liking - but be careful flipping them over as they're pretty soft.
  • While they cook, combine the mayo, mustard and chili sauce - mix and set aside.
  • Toast buns, and when patties are ready build with some sauce and lettuce & tomato.
