- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta your choice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken cubes, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Reduce heat, add 2 tablespoon butter and minced garlic to the pan, cooking until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, then add the garlic butter chicken bites on top.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
Note: You can add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
