Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashion oats
  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin purée
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 piece egg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray with cooking spray.
  • In a medium sized mixing bowl add dry ingredients and stir well to incorporate.
  • In a separate bowl mix together wet ingredients.
  • Stir together the wet and dry ingredients until no dry streaks remain. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Divide batter into prepared muffin tin. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
