Ingredients
  

Sausage Patties

  • 1 lb ground pork juicier OR beef (mince)
  • ½ teaspoon dried ground sage
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder or garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar any

Muffins

  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 4 units eggs
  • 4 units English muffins cut in half
  • 4 slices cheese

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 130C/275F.
  • Place muffins on a baking tray, cut side up, and top with cheese.
  • Mix Sausage Patty ingredients in a bowl and shape into 4 patties.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over high heat, then add patties and cook each side until browned.
  • Heat another pan over medium high heat, spray egg rings with oil, and crack eggs into the rings. Cover and cook until done.
  • Assemble by placing sausage and eggs on muffins and serve.

Notes

The meat used in McDonald's sausage patties differs around the world. Pork is used in the US and beef in Australia. For best results, use both pork and beef in the patties. Eggs can be cooked in various ways for preference.
