Preparation
Position rack in upper third of oven; preheat broiler to High.
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Dollop each with a generous 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce. Top each with 1 piece Brie. Broil until the cheese has melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chives, if desired.
Notes
This appetizer can be easily doubled to feed a crowd.
