In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave them together for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through.
After microwaving, stir in ¾ cup of almond flour and 1 beaten egg. Mix until everything is combined.
Place the dough between two large pieces of parchment paper. Roll it out gently into a 10-inch circle, aiming for about ⅓ inch thick.
Remove the top piece of parchment paper. Transfer the bottom piece with the dough onto a pizza pan or an upside-down sheet pan.
Using a fork, pierce holes all over the surface of the dough.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown around the edges and firm in the center.
Once it’s done, take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly before topping it.
Return the topped pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
