  • 1 cup parsley minced

Dressing

  • 4 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes more to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Chop the cucumber, tomato, red onion and parsley for the salad and add them to a bowl.
  • Add the lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to the bowl and mix everything. Add more salt and pepper or red pepper flakes to taste.
