Ingredients
  

Chicken Thighs

  • 1 lb skinless chicken thighs 4 pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes add more for more spicy
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest around half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried whole chili loosely chopped or fresh for less heat
  • coarse sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

Marinating

  • Place all the ingredients into an oven-safe baking tray. Mix well so the chicken is evenly coated with spices, and then cover with some kitchen wrap.
  • Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Notes

This recipe is very easy to make and can be whipped up in one pan.
